In the Up-High-Art < $100 Gallery  you’ll find Habibi Art for UNDER $100.00! Sales from this gallery of art will go to help fund the Up-High-Art billboard project.

Up-High-Art is a public art initiative designed to enrich cityscapes and provide a free public art experience to the community. The first billboard will be installed atop the St. Paul Police Department Eastern District building at 722 Payne Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55106  (see before and mock after pictures below). Future billboard locations to be determined.

Why art on billboards?

“I think the community needs a break from traditional billboard advertising. On September 15th I’ll place a work of art onto a billboard in St Paul and into the daily lives of commuters and pedestrians. The billboard will contain no typography, no website or contact information, just a piece of art to be enjoyed.”  -habibi
